How I Practice

A space to slow down and reconnect

My approach is depth-oriented and insight-focused while driving sessions using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Client-Centered Therapy (CCT) modalities — not as a script to follow, but as a set of lenses to apply where each one fits. Some of the work is structural: examining the thoughts, beliefs, and patterns that quietly shape how you move through the day. Some of it is more spacious: making room for grief, anger, longing, or doubt that doesn't have a tidy solution.

I would love to meet you and understand how my expertise can help you grow and heal from the current tides you are navigating on your own. The hardest part is taking the first steps to reach out for support — this is your journey and I look forward to being a pivotal part of it.

How I Work

Guiding Principles

Your Story Matters

Your experiences, feelings, and perspectives are at the center of this work. There’s no judgment — only genuine curiosity about who you are and what you’re navigating.

Collaborative Process

Therapy is a partnership. We work together to identify what’s keeping you stuck and experiment with new ways of thinking and being that feel authentic to you.

Practical & Meaningful

While we explore the deeper dimensions of your experience, we also focus on concrete tools and strategies you can use in your daily life right away.
